The St. Regis Belgrade, part of the renowned Marriott International portfolio, has become the first hotel in Serbia to introduce a service charge – a practice commonly implemented in luxury hotels around the world.
This initiative marks an important step toward enhancing workplace culture and recognizing employee contribution within the hospitality industry in Serbia. The service charge is distributed among team members, acknowledging their daily commitment and dedication to delivering exceptional service to guests.
The introduction of the service charge is the result of an initiative by The St. Regis Belgrade team, aimed at setting new standards in the local market and further strengthening a culture that values professionalism, teamwork, and dedication.
As the cornerstone of the exclusive Belgrade Waterfront development, The St. Regis Belgrade stands out with its glass façade that reflects the fluidity of the Sava and Danube rivers. Rising above the city with a 360-degree panoramic view, the hotel blends Belgrade’s rich heritage with a contemporary spirit.
The hotel also introduces the signature St. Regis Butler Service for the first time in the region. Designed as a unique urban retreat, the sense of arrival is defined through the impressive Long Gallery entrance.
The property features 119 guest rooms and suites that combine modern and classic design, offering a sophisticated and spacious ambiance. Guests can enjoy the Astor Ballroom – an elegant, glass-enclosed event space – as well as Savant Brasserie, Rise Patisserie, The St. Regis Bar, and The St. Regis Spa & Fitness Center.
